Beans and Rice Salad

  

Ingredients:

1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
1-1/2 cup pre-cooked brown rice
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced olives, drained 
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing 

 

Instructions:

8 servings 

1. Mix together brown rice, beans, olives, garlic, and red onion in large salad bowl.

2. Ad vinaigrette dressing and stir to coat evenly.

3. Can be served immediately or chilled first.
