Fiesta Hummus

  

Ingredients:

6 servings

1 can (15 1/2 ounce) garbanzo beans
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup plain yogurt, fat-free
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped 

Instructions:

6 servings 

1. Drain and mash garbanzo beans in blender, food processor, or with fork.

2. Add remaining ingredients.

3. Blend until smooth. Serve.
