Sauteed Zucchini



2 tablespoons olive oil
3 medium zucchini, sliced thin
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano


Yield 6 servings

In large skillet over medium- high heat, heat oil. Add the zucchini slices and cook, stirring occasionally until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Stir in the garlic and oregano and cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Serve.
