Patty Pan Squash Skillet



1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups patty pan squash, cubed
2 medium tomatoes, quartered

1/8 teaspoon ground pepper





Servings: 4

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Add squash and tomatoes and cook until tender.
