Raspberry Sauce



1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 1/4 cups raspberries
1 teaspoon orange peel, grated


Yield 2 servings

In a small saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch and orange juice. Stir in raspberries and grated orange peel. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils for 1 minute. Serve over fresh peach halves, or chill and serve with yogurt or ice cream.
