Melon Kebabs



4 servings

12 cantaloupe chunks
12 honeydew chunks
12 watermelon chunks
1/2 cup yogurt
2 teaspoons mint, chopped
Wooden skewers


Cut cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon into chunks. Thread alternating chunks (1 cantaloupe, 1 honeydew, 1 watermelon) and repeat until skewer is nearly full (leave about 2 inches uncovered for holding skewer). Mix yogurt and mint. Dip melon kebab in yogurt and mint mix.
