Blackberries with Balsamic Vinegar Sauce



2 servings

1 cup blackberries
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
3 drops vanilla extract
1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt


In a small saucepan, combine vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Slowly whisk in yogurt. Toss with berries and serve.
