Frozen Pimentos

  

Quality: Select firm, crisp pimentos of deep red color.

Instructions:

1. Peel by roasting in 400- to 450-degree F oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until skins can be rubbed off.

2. Wash off charred skins, cut out stems and remove seeds.

3. Pack into containers leaving 1/2 inch headspace, seal and freeze.
