Corn on the Cob

  

Ingredients:

4ears of sweet corn

Instructions:

  1. Husk and clean corn.
  2. Place the corn in a microwave safe baking dish.
  3. Add enough water to the dish to cover the bottom (about 1/3 cup).
  4. Cover the dish with plastic wrap, venting one corner.
  5. Place corn in the microwave and cook on high for 12 minutes.
