Garbanzo Bean Dip

  

Ingredients:

1 can (15 ounces)garbanzo beans (chickpeas) or great northern beans (drained and rinsed)
2 tablespoonsoil (canola or vegetable)
1 tablespoonlemon juice
2 tablespoonsonion, chopped
1/2 teaspoonsalt

Instructions:

  1. Mash beans in a small bowl until they are smooth.
  2. Stir in oil, lemon juice, onion, and salt.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers.
