Frozen Wax Beans

  

Instructions:

Select young tender pods when the seed is first formed. Wash in cold water, snip ends and cut into 2 to 4-inch lengths.

Water blanching: Water blanch 3 minutes. Cool promptly, drain and package, leaving 1/2-inch headspace. Seal and freeze.
