Rhubarb Sauce

  

Ingredients:

5 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

In a heavy saucepan, place rhubarb, sugar and cinnamon. Cover and cook slowly until rhubarb is tender, about 30 minutes. Serve hot over French toast or pancakes. Serve cold with meat and main dishes.
