Ingredients:
2 pounds asparagus
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Yield 4 servings
Preheat oven to 450°F. Trim asparagus and toss to coat with oil. Lay out in single layer on a baking pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Roast for 5 to 10 minutes.
