Easy Quiche

  

Ingredients:

1 cupnonfat milk
1/2 cupbiscuit mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cupgrated cheese (colby jack, cheddar)
1 cupvegetables, chopped (mushrooms, onions, green, peppers, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9" pie pan or baking dish.
  2. Mix milk, biscuit mix, eggs, and cheese together in a large bowl. Fold in vegetables.
  3. Pour mixture into greased pan.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is firm.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
