Pita Pockets

  

Ingredients:

1 tablespooncream cheese (vegetable flavored)
1 whole wheat pita bread
1 cuptotal of any combination of the following vegetables:
Lettucecut or broken into small pieces
Green pepperdiced
Onionchopped
Carrotsshredded
Cucumbers sliced very thin or chopped small
Tomatocur into small chunks
1 tablespoonmozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  1. Spread cream cheese over top of pita.
  2. Sprinkle vegetables of your choice over cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of vegetables.
  4. Microwave for 15 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
  5. Cut in half.
