Description: Spaghetti squash is a source of vitamins A and C, which are antioxidants that may reduce your risk of heart disease and certain cancers. Vitamin A helps maintain eye health. Selection: Firm squash that feels heavy for its size. The skin should have a dull sheen and be intact and hard. Avoid squash with soft spots.

Storing: Spaghetti squash has a storage life of about 2 months.
